Those hateful, cruel and wicked people, the lowest of men, I hurl again and again, within the cycle of rebirth, only into demonic wombs.
Explanation
Krishna continues describing people with demonic tendencies (asura), who in the previous verse were said to hate the divine even within themselves and others. Here he says they are repeatedly born into wombs matching their nature, within the cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra). Many readers take this as the natural working out of karma under God's governance, while others stress God's direct role; the verse itself says "I hurl."
