One who sees me everywhere, and sees everything in me — for that person I am never lost, and that person is never lost to me.
Explanation
Krishna continues describing the yogi from the previous verse, who sees the same Self in all beings. Here Krishna speaks in the first person: for one who sees him in everything and everything in him, there is no separation (the verb praṇaśyati means 'be lost' or 'perish'). Theistic traditions read this as a personal bond between God and devotee, while non-dualist readings take it as the realization that the Self and the divine are one.
