Among weapons I am the thunderbolt; among cows I am Kamadhuk, the cow that grants wishes. I am Kandarpa, the love that brings forth offspring; among serpents I am Vasuki.
Explanation
Krishna continues listing his manifestations (vibhūti) to Arjuna, naming the finest example in each category. Here these are Indra's thunderbolt (vajra), the wish-fulfilling cow Kamadhuk, Kandarpa as the desire that leads to procreation, and Vasuki, chief of the serpents. The point is that what is most excellent in each class expresses his power; the verse specifies desire for offspring, not desire in general.
