You are the father of this world, of all that moves and all that does not; you are the one it must worship, its teacher greater than any teacher. In all three worlds there is no one even equal to you, so how could anyone surpass you, O one of matchless power?
Explanation
Arjuna, shaken by the cosmic form he has just seen, is now praising Krishna and asking forgiveness for his past casualness. He calls Krishna the father, the one worthy of worship and the supreme teacher (guru) of everything that moves and everything that is still. No one is equal to him, and so no one is greater. The "three worlds" is a traditional phrase for the whole of existence.
