Having given up ego, force, pride, desire, anger and possessiveness, and being free of any sense of "mine" and at peace, one becomes fit for oneness with Brahman.
Explanation
Krishna finishes the description, begun a few verses earlier, of the person ready for liberation. Such a person lets go of ego (ahaṅkāra), coercive force (bala), pride (darpa), desire (kāma), anger (krodha) and grasping at possessions (parigraha). Brahman is the ultimate reality. Advaita readers take "oneness with Brahman" (brahmabhūya) as realizing one's identity with it, while devotional traditions take it as reaching a pure state of the self that leads on to devotion, as the next verse suggests.
